Goals
The current shop's old and busy design must align with the industry's standards. The main reason for the update arrived from the business side, as we developed new technical abilities that didn't exist in the current one. So, if we reconstruct the infrastructure, we could renovate the house.

Thank You Screen
This is more of a business-oriented project, and the pure experience has less room to shine. However, there was one exciting moment I found just after the purchase. This screen is a receipt, nothing more, but it should give the feeling of real shopping. It was a rather long session to use the right words, poses, and accessories to bring that moment when the cashier hands over your bag of goods and simply says: "Thank you".

Usability Test
Usability tests and focus groups are really eye-opening experiences. When you see and hear players talk about the total experience of your creations, with tones and body language, it really tests everything you thought you knew.
The session was led by a CS team member, presenting a prototype I have built to validate our design and experience and receive feedback from our players.
