My role
I participated in this project while working in Nekuda DM for Neurolief company.
I managed the whole process, from the first-hand sketches to the prototype production. Rather than just containing and protecting the device and its accessories, it has its own goals.

Content and Functionalities
1. Device
2. Charging Cable
3. Power Adaptor
4. Water Spray Bottle
5. Spare Foam Pieces
6. User Manual
The protective case should be able to contain the device, no matter what size the user has adjusted it to

After every use, all six foam pieces are wet and need to stay ventilated when kept in storage

Layout
I have organised the items in that matter so the device will be easy to pull when needed, without the need to take other items out first.
Another thought was to place the wet components (water bottle and foam pads) together and away from the power charger.

Directing the Production
A 3-layer lamination keeps the case's outer shell smooth, clean and ventilated. The lamination is a sandwich of a perforated PVA layer between two layers of mesh. After laminating all the layers together, the layered sheet receives its form through a vacuum-forming process.
