Just like soup is served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon, a Shakshuka is done in a pan and eaten with a piece of bread. It also has a particular Israeli eating method; "Whipping".

The Struggle is Real
Anyone who has been to Israel has probably tried dishes like Hummus and Tahini with Pita or Hallah bread and practised the special 'whipping' move. The problem is that it always gets messy – usually around the bowl. The same thing happens with Shakshuka.

Thermal Handeling

Adding an insulating material usually comes with parting lines, screws, and other details. This set another challenge - keeping the form as clean as can be so the pan won't just suit the other pans and pots but also the dining table.

04
Freeze
Speaking of form, it should tell this object's story without a single word. It should invite the diners to wipe the bread over the mix just with its curves. Just like we freeze a movement and can imagine the direction it is going.
